Lysine is an essential amino acid that helps the growth and development of livestock, and thus indispensable in animal feed manufacturing. The lysine business has seen stable growth as consumption of meat held steady in advanced countries and increased with economic growth in developing countries.

To boost immune system and enhance growth performance for livestock, Daesang has produced and supplied many amino acids such as L-Arginine, L-Valine, L-Tryptophan and L-Histidine to its valued customers. Outside of amino acids, Daesang has provided bacterial cell mass from lysine fermentation and corn gluten meal as protein sources.
